Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Anhad Naad Foundation, we strive to provide the best possible experience through our offline music and dance classes. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.
1. Class Registration and Payments
Payments made for class enrollments (monthly, quarterly, or session-based) are considered confirmations of your seat.
Once payment is received and a class schedule is confirmed, your registration becomes active.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class.
Cancellations made within this window may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a processing fee, if applicable).
No cancellations will be accepted once the class or course has begun.
3. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons such as travel, health issues, or change of mind after the session starts.
In exceptional cases (e.g., long-term illness or relocation), we may consider partial credit toward future classes at our sole discretion.
If a class is cancelled by Anhad Naad Foundation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either:
A full refund for the affected session(s), or
An option to reschedule the missed session(s) without additional charges.
4. Rescheduling Classes
If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
We will do our best to reschedule your session based on availability but cannot guarantee slots.
Missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
5. Non-Transferability
Class registrations and payments are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your seat or credit to another individual unless prior approval is given by the Foundation.
