Showcase Your Talent

1. Eligibility & Registration

Anyone who sings or plays a musical instrument may apply.

Complete the online registration form with accurate details and upload your performance video (optional if not available).

Pay the Registration Fee as shown on the form. Registration fee is non-refundable.

2. Form Fields & Documents

Required: Full name, age, contact number, email, city/location, talent (singing/instrument + specify), brief bio (optional).

Optional: Performance video (link or upload), teacher/reference details (if any).

3. Screening & Selection

Our selection panel will review entries and videos.

Only candidates selected by our team will be invited for auditions.

Selected candidates will be contacted by phone/email within 15 days of form submission.

4. Audition Invitation & Schedule

Invitation message/call will include audition date, time, venue (or online link), and guidelines.

Candidates must confirm attendance within the timeframe specified in the invitation.

5. Audition Requirements

Carry a valid ID proof and the same contact details used in registration.

Bring your own instrument (if applicable) and any accompanist arrangements must be declared beforehand.

Time limit for audition performance will be communicated (e.g., 3–5 minutes).

6. Selection Criteria

Musicality, technique, presentation, adherence to time, and suitability for the event/workshop.

Final decision rests with the selection panel and is binding.

7. Scholarship & Financial Aid

Scholarships (if applicable) will be awarded based on merit and need.

Candidates who wish to apply for scholarship must indicate on the form and submit supporting details if asked.

8. Rehearsals & Commitment

Selected participants must attend mandatory rehearsals as scheduled.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without reasonable cause may lead to disqualification from future programs.

9. Fees & Refunds

Registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any additional fees (if applicable) will be communicated prior to the program.

10. Code of Conduct

Respectful behaviour is mandatory towards organizers, judges, other participants, and venue staff.

Use of abusive language, discrimination, or misbehaviour will lead to instant disqualification.

11. Media & Publicity Consent

By participating you agree that Anhad Naad Foundation may record, photograph, and use your performance and images for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

12. Safety & Health

Participants are responsible for their personal safety and belongings. Follow venue safety rules.

If health/safety protocols (e.g., masks, vaccination proof) are in place, participants must comply.

13. Cancellation & Force Majeure

Anhad Naad Foundation reserves the right to postpone/cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such a case, organizers will communicate alternatives (reschedule/online options) — registration fee remains non-refundable.

14. Grievance & Dispute Resolution

Any concerns should be emailed to info@anhadnaadfoundation.in (or the contact given).

The Foundation’s decision on operational matters is final. For disputes, parties will first attempt an amicable resolution.
